Absolutely. On our Agency and Enterprise plans, you can set up a custom CNAME (e.g., portal.youragency.com) so clients never see "Offistack" in the URL.
What happens if I hit my storage limit?
We'll notify you when you approach your limit. You can easily upgrade your storage add-on at any time without changing your plan tier, or archive old projects to free up space. We never delete files without your permission.
Is there a white-label option?
Yes! The Agency plan allows you to remove all "Powered by Offistack" branding. You can replace it with your own logo, favicon, and brand colors for a fully immersive client experience.
How easy is it to migrate from Google Drive?
We offer a one-click migration tool for Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive. Just connect your account, select the folders you want to move, and we'll handle the transfer in the background while keeping your folder structure intact.
Do clients need to create an account?
No. You can share secure "Magic Links" that allow clients to access their portal instantly without a password. However, for added security, you can also require a password or simple email verification.
What file types do you support?
We support previewing for over 100 file types, including PSD, AI, INDD, RAW images, and all standard video formats. If a file can't be previewed, it can still be securely stored and downloaded.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes, all plans are flexible. You can upgrade instantly to unlock more features, or downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts unless you choose annual billing for the discount.
